Refund policy

If the item/service is not rendered within the set number of working days (five working days, excluding public holidays) Land of Gamers will refund the customer in full. All refunds must have receipt validating the purchase; if no proof of purchase is provided, no refund will take place. 

Any disputes must be sent through to the Vendor you purchased the item from. Land of Gamers Marketplace is only a facilitator, thus we do not own or hold any of the goods sold in our marketplace. If the customer is unhappy with the product/service please contact the vendor. Their contact form is located on each vendor's page of the LoG Market.

If you are unable to get ahold of the vendor listed in our marketplace, please get in touch with us so that we may investigate. If the vendor is at fault, the customer will obtain a full refund only if the investigation finds the vendor in unlawful behavior.
